1. How do I create an account?
Creating an account is fast and free! Just click on the REGISTRATION tab, fill in a few details, and you’ll be ready to join the action in minutes.
For Apple IOS users
After you select to download the IOS version of the App from our website. You will be prompted that Game Room is trying to download a configuration profile. Please select to ALLOW the download.
Manually you can go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. You will see the Game Room profile there, please allow and download.
After you installed the app and try to open it. Your phone will prompt you to turn on Developer Mode to run the app.
If you cannot see developer mode tab, pls see the below tutorial video on how to enable developer mode on your IOS.

4. How do I deposit money into my account?
Simply go to the Cashier section, choose your preferred payment method, and follow the instructions. Deposits are processed almost instantly. Currently we only accept USDT (ERC20) deposits. SGD deposits are only extended to vetted players.
You can also ask a player you know to transfer USDT credits to you in the app.
(You can save on Crypto Wallet transfer charges if you assign a player in your group to make a deposit then transfer to the rest of the players in the group)
To transfer to another player, go to Cashier section and select transfer tab and key in the amount and User name of the player you want to transfer to.
Please select the correct currency selection before transferring as it might show a different balance.
5. How come I can’t see my balance being updated or wrong balance shown?
You might be selecting the wrong currency selection. Select USDT to see USDT balances and the rest of the respective Country’s currency to view the balances.
6. How fast are withdrawals processed?

10. Can I create a Private Table to play with friends?
Yes, you can! You can create a table with your own table name and only you and your friends are able to join the table with a password. Go to our telegram support chat and key in “I want a private table” then let us know your preferred table name and we will send you the table password.

11. How come I can’t see my private table?
In the app, toggle to the top extreme right to select filter icon (beside the USDT icon).
Under privacy tab, select to see private or public tables. You can also use the search bar to find your private tables.
12. What is a Rake?
A Rake is a small fee taken by a Poker Room operator from each winning pot.
As Poker is a player-versus-player game, and the house does not wager against its players (unlike blackjack or roulette), so this fee is the principal mechanism to cover operating cost and generate revenue.
13. What is Rakeback?
A Rakeback is a loyalty Reward Program by us to give back to our regular players. A percentage of the rake that a player accumulates, will be given back to our players. It will be a multi-tiered reward system, the higher the rake accumulated the higher the percentage will be rebated.
Payout of our rakeback will occur each 1st of the month at 4 pm Japan Time (GMT+9)
14. How do I deposit SGD if i do not want to play with USDT?
Currently, only vetted players or our registered agents can do SGD/MYR/BHT/CNY/VND deposits for you.
